Shawn Troxler
Bio
Shawn Troxler is the Deputy General Counsel at NC State University. His areas of practice cover a wide range of legal issues including research and sponsored programs, intellectual property, conflict of interest, industrial partnerships, Clery Act, first amendment, contracts, athletics, compliance, and computer technology. Prior to his employment with NC State, Mr. Troxler worked in the NC Department of Justice Tort Claim Section as an Assistant Attorney General and as Associate Attorney with Hill Evans Jordan & Beatty PLLC. Mr. Troxler received his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2005, and M.S. in Crop Science and B.S. in Agronomy from NC State University.
