Charlotte Clevenger joined the NC State University Office of General Counsel as a University Records Officer in 2024. Prior to her current position, she was the Chief Records Officer at the North Carolina Department of Commerce and the North Carolina Department of Information Technology. As Chief Records Officer, she managed the agency’s public records requests and records retention functions. Ms. Clevenger graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Currently, Ms. Clevenger manages public records requests on behalf of the university.
